Ben Davis, BSC shoots Marvel Studios’ Captain Marvel action with Blackmagic Design

Blackmagic Micro Cinema Camera was used in the filming of key action sequences on Marvel Studios’ “Captain Marvel.” The twenty first installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe was lensed by cinematographer Ben Davis, BSC (“Avengers: Age of Ultron,” “Doctor Strange” and “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri”).

Blackmagic Design has today announced that DaVinci Resolve Studio was used throughout the full color pipeline on Disney’s live action remake of Dumbo. The video, shot by music video veteran Brandon Dermer, has become one of the fastest watched videos in the world and supports the bands hugely popular “Pray for the Wicked” world tour.
