Featuring Kanen Flowers (HERO PUNK) and Steve Audette (FRONTLINE) on Adobe Story
Kanen Flowers will share the workflow around Scruffy.tv — a collaborative, distributed company with editors, post, audio, color, compositors and VFX artists from around the world. He will discuss the workflow constraints, use of Dropbox and other tools for collaboration, his work on HERO PUNK and other online content. He’ll show scenes, composites and some final work — all of which was created using this collaborative environment. He’ll also talk about shooting HERO PUNK on the Blackmagic Cinema Camera and building a full-length feature film which was mostly shot on green screen. This presentation promises to be highly interactive, fun and entertaining. Kanen may or may not have a green mohawk!
Join Steve Audette, Senior Documentary Editor at FRONTLINE, for an engaging “Part One” conversation on how Steve has been using Adobe Story since first released as the scriptwriting program on Steve’s feature documentary. Steve will show you how he uses it and introduce you to this amazing software.
Also, filmmaker Frederico Muchnik will share an update on his Boston-made feature THIS KILLING BUSINESS, which has just been accepted at the Boston International Film Festival and will play on Friday, April 19th at the Loews AMC Boston Common Cinema.
Our March 21st BOSCPUG includes Easy Validated Parking and post reception featuring food and drinks at SALVATORE’S – plus your chance to win filmmaker prizes including a full conference pass to Post|Production World at 2013 NAB Show (value $895)!
